SS/MV Empire Sportsman 1945

Hi all. My mother has been doing some extensive research on her dad and has all information from his ships and journeys from the late 30s but can’t find anything about what he did on his last one.

She’s found out from his slips it was the SS Empire Sportsman, which from what I’ve seen was sold to Robert Rix & Sons in 1946 and renamed Norrix. Then renamed Ionion in 1963.
